Suraboon is an award-winning filmmaker, cinematographer, and a university lecturer at CommDe (the International Program in Communication Design) at Chulalongkorn University, specialized in narrative storytelling.
Prior to his journey in film production, he has years of advertising industry experience working in a creative department of a notable network, BBDO, involved in creating numbers of well-known TV/online commercials and short films. Coming from a creative department background, his passion in capturing beautiful images has finally found its true purpose. “To serve great creative ideas and stories.”
Over the years, he has production experience in both Los Angeles and Bangkok, working in various positions including producer, director, writer, director of photography, editor, etc.
Being involved in both sides of the industry gave him the ability to find the sweet spots from both worlds to create the work that works, resulted in multiple film festival selections and awards from both films he shot and directed.
